“Seriously, hire Jason as your realtor. There are few people you come across where it doesn't matter what the task is, but you know they'll do it well. Jason is one of these people. A Jack-of-all-trades when it comes to the real estate game. Buying a house in a crazy market is difficult enough. Compounding this for me were issues due to work and having to regularly be out of town. Jason made the whole process seem effortless. Communicative, attentive, going above and beyond, trustworthy, flawless work ethic are all traits Jason possesses. However, the singular greatest skill is his adeptness at understanding what people want and need from their house and living environment with very little being said, or even if the person can't succinctly describe what it is they want. This helped with finding the right house as well as in several situations such as working with contractors and other services. He was there every step of the way and managed all the arrangements with inspectors and such. Is there something greater than 'above and beyond' if there is, it would be Jason.”

“My wife and I met Jason after we had already bought our first home, while checking out a neighbor’s open house because brunch followed by casually visiting local open houses is the perfect Sunday morning activity. We were playfully visiting a lot of houses at the time and met many different types of real estate agents. Jason stood out to us. He was welcoming, warm and funny, and we thought, “that’s the type of person we would want to sell our home, this is the warmth we want folks to feel when we eventually sell.” So many years later when it was time to sell our beloved first home, we tracked down that guy whose style we liked because it was a very personal and bittersweet moment for us. “I highly recommend Jason Singer as a real estate agent. My experience working with him was excellent. Jason went with us every weekend for months to look at as many houses as were available in our price range; submitting an offer letter for us nearly every weekend. He not only submitted these offers, but continually followed up with the other agents to make sure we were in the top offers considered. He worked around my busy schedule and always made himself available to talk through my questions and concerns- even while he was on vacation!
